About Me

My name is Indrani Biswas and I am a Montessori teacher trained from the London Montessori Centre (LMC) in 1994. My knowledge, thoughts, and belief in Montessori education were shaped and enriched by more than 14 years of classroom experience after my training at LMC. Not only did I teach in different schools in the US, but I also worked across the continents. Over these 14 years, I have taught at four different schools, and was fortunate enough to teach students and interact with parents from culturally and ethnically diverse background. In this long journey, every day I had something new to learn from the children. Apart from classroom experience, my Montessori belief plays an important role in my personal life too, as both my sons had substantially strong foundation in Montessori education. So I am not only a Montessori teacher but also a Montessori parent.
